I would like to ask you an easy question?. I am thinking aobut using Virtuemart as eCommerce platform but not to sell "physical" products, but to sell "Credits" to registered users that later on they can use to switch by software services.
Would Virtuemart be a good solution for this business case? Any plugin or complement I would need to review please?

Not entirely sure what your credits are. If they are codes to use in an external system or credit voucher to use in the current store, then you could use the extension AwoCoupon. On purchase of a qualifying product, AwoCoupon will automatically email out the code(s) to the customer.
