I have such a situation, I use the mobile menu module https://www.joomforest.com/joomla/extensions/jf-mobile-menu , and when I enable this module, can't add products in the cart, but when I disable it, everything works well.
and that happens only when I view the site on my iPhone,
please advise how to fix it

You have a JS conflict due to this module. Talk to the designer of the module.
