Recently purchased a payment plugin Payeez from https://www.modulebazaar.com/joomla-virtuemart-first-data-gge4-payment-component/00100089 their support is absolutely terrible.
I am having receiving an error after the processing is done screenshot attached.
Anyone out there that con help me on this?

I know that some payment plugin are bad writen and simply clean the cart.
You have to modify the code and it's not a simple task.
Yes, I know too, the same payments plugin from three other programmer are very different and code quality too.
So, but I think is not mistake only from moduolebazaar, I have personally expirience with our payment plugin - that our payment gate in Czech (Gopay) change API from UNIREST to Goozle and change error mesage without info for us, but we are certificate developer for this payment gate :)
I think You must send email to support Payeez and send this error messege. If You have an account for this payment gate, than support from payment gateway is first option, because error message is from payment gateway, not from plugin (find order in history, look at the Payeez support server and analyze which number error this order is finished and why).
After this, second option is contact with modulebazzar (but is only eshop, not developers, isnt true?)

Has anyone solved this issue, I cannot get any response from Module Bazaar! This is what I get when I enable their plugin when trying to access the shopping cart.
