using
joomla 3.9.8 and VirtueMart 3.6.10 10211
The field of Italian provinces is missing in the creation of the buyer's registry, how can I add it?

I have to enter Sesto San Giovanni (Milan)
- select Italy - Milan and the provinces of Milan?

so your saying the provinces are wrong?

then add them in the VM countries admin and notify here what is wrong
