I don't understand how come I add products to the cart but it remains empty
both with accepted coookies and not.

I just tried your site and was able to add to cart. I used Firefox 70.0.1
Maybe you have a cache problem?

Worked for me on mobile, using Chrome on Android 9.

I can place a product into your cart, too. If it sometimes doesn't work, it might be due to the errors shown in the screenshot below.

Becauase errror is not in line 1. You should try to disable gzip, the time you find the bug in the right line.
