Title: set USD exchange rate to match 1:1 with CDN

I have a client who want to sell products in the USA in USD for the same price as he sells in Canadian dollars

eg if in Canada the price is $5 CDN / if in the USA the price is $5 USD

In the back end I see the option to set a custom Exchange Rate - what number would I put in the USD to make it exchange 1:1 with CDN?

I assume 1  ... the shop root currency needs to be either USD or Can $
