Title: Gold Membership and now no access anymore?

So, I registered and paid for a yearly Gold membership, reported a bug, and now cannot login anymore to view the ticket.
I thought, I just contact the support, but hey, they want you to login first to contact them.
Who can I contact here to get this solved?
