I'm looking to set up a store. The business sells franchises which offer services. Each region/franchise will have it's own Paypal account for taking payments. Within the store, I'll need to create different "products" for each region. Is is possible for the cart to direct to PayPal account A for franchise A, PayPal account B for franchise B, etc?
You can filter payment per category.
Use a category per franchise(Paypal account), so only the right Paypal account is displayed.
Of course, if someone add products from 2 franchises, then you have a problem.

Since I am in the exact same situation, I would recommend you to download OpenTools Advanced Shipping Rules and assign the an error whenever people put 2 products from 2 regions into 1 cart.
