Title: Sending email to „customers who bought a product” does not work

I saw that sending, from backend, email to ,,customers who bought a product" (or whose orders have different states) does not work.
I tried ,,PHP mail" and SMTP în the global Joomla configuration, but no change.
Does anyone has an idea why? Thank you.
