The customer_note field is not appearing in the email to vendors about the order, in the shopper fields configuration everything has been set to ticks, and the only information showing when debug is on is:

Which I don't believe should affect the emails? The email template files are unedited. Had anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on how I could figure out what's going on?

Has this ever worked? Com_hikashop, you got to be kidding. Unistall everything that you do not need. Install then vm once again.
