Hi everyone,
I am having trouble adding products into my virtuemart shop at the moment. It was working fine and then now I cannot add any products. The error message I get is....
vmError: VmTable #__virtuemart_products_en_gb Check not passed. Neither slug nor obligatory value at product_name for auto slug creation is given
vmError: You are not an administrator or the correct vendor, storing of product cancelled
Can anyone advise how I sort this as I am no idea why it now says not an admin as I am - very odd!
Also one last question - does anyone know how to truncate text? I have loads of text on the home page that I want to have with a read more button. Can anyone shed any light on this?
As you can see I am a Joomla beginner!

For the home page text, is that a Joomla article homepage? Not possible to know without a URL.....
