I have enabled Registration Checkout in Configuraton.
But the option is not showing.
Enabled Joomla Plugins also.
Please help.

Take a look at the screenshot. Activate Your recaptcha.

Thanks for the update.
Enabled ReCaptcha, added the strings.
But on the checkout page, No option of Registration showing.

Click Add/Edit Billing address
