Hey there,

I have my product pages looking nice, but can't seem to find a way to make the cart/account info pages look better.

Am I missing something?

You have a custom template, check with Your supplier or start modifying your CSS yourself. What Do you want to accomplish? If You do not have the skills to make it happen, You have to hire somebody to do it.

You have mixed CSS rules from virtuemart and your sienna template.
You need to remove for eg. the table borders and change the td.key width with css rules
