Virtuemart 3.4.2 Joomla 3.9.6
We use Virtuemart in a peculiar way. We have adapted it to serve as a system for borrowing textbooks for a year. Only registered customers can request textbooks.
Now we have the need to limit to 1 the number of orders that the same customer can make. Is it possible to set this limit?

would need some code probably in the cart helper to limit .. there's no setting
