Title: offline payment (phone only)

hey
how do you suggest to make offline payment?
The customer makes the order through the website.
A manager receives an email notification and manually dials the customer for credit information on the phone

what i do on payment?
olso i dont need client will get any receipt

Use a payment plugin setup similar to "Cash on delivery". The payment can then be acknowledged by simply changing the status in the paid column of the orders list. The order status could be changed to "Confirmed" and an email sent to customer & invoice created.

the plugin comes with vm right?

for that..
customer & invoice created.
it's just after admin make status for paid right? not befor...

Yes, the standard payment plugin as supplied in VM.  For emails or payment notification use whatever action sequence suits the store.
