I am using Joomla 3.9.1 and virtuemart 3.4.2.
The website that i work on is selling intellectual products so its a software. I want to apply two conditions, first zip code and then if my software includes a backup CD only then tax will be applied. So I have AND condition. But it only works on one of them not on both. I want the tax to be applied after bill which again doesn't not apply although i chose this option. It applies only on the product when i set the condition for Product category. It works fine when i set the condition for zip code only but i want both so can someone help me?
