We have setup Addonpayments with realex , all sandbox tests works well payment but when payment is done system redirects to home page , not to any page who says order finished and payed or something like that.
Do Yo get to the thank You page in sandbox mode ?

Now we are in sandbox mode, and after payment redirects to home page , not to thank you..
The problem is the response url that goes to homepage not to confirm order..
we are using the One page checkout component from cmsmart.net
Turn off the One page check out just to test.

done but same result, and disable one web chat and same result...
Set up a standard VM payment, for example a cash on delivery, to see if it goes to the thank You page.
If that does not work
1. Check console for jscript error.
2. Turn on full error reporting
3. Turn on debug in VM
4. Turn on debug in Joomla
Take it one step at a time, do not turn on more than necessary if You find any errors. If no errors found turn on next level.

I'm afraid having more problems with this module. The PCI compliance issue when using Realex Remote has become such a pain, that my client has decided to switch to Realex Redirect now that that is an available option with the latest version of the module mybkexperience (https://www.mybkexperience.xyz/).
