I have a site with pages,products and orders ,but i have to migrate them to new template which i bought from virtuemarttemplates.net .
I would like to have old data with new template data like home page design etc
Any Advice much Appreciated

Your products and orders have very little, in most cases nothing to with the used tempates.
Templates are there to style Your content and switching template should just switch the way that Your content is handled and displayed.
Get a new template and see what happens, your orders and product do not disappear.
