Title: Incorrect datetime value

JM:3.8.13
VM:3.4.2

I regularly import new and updated products by csv.

The imports are now failing when a product does not exist, with the error:

   Incorrect datetime value: '0000-00-00 00:00:00' for column 'locked_on'

I have also experienced failing for the same reason on the field "created_on"
