I presume everyone knows there's a message that appears whenever a related product does not actually excist as an article.
"customfield related product has no value"
I need to hide this message from the shop display.
I know i can fix this by removing the related product in the article's custom field. But that is not an option for this shop.
Client loads the shop's database with csv files and cannot check every article for an occasional missing links because of a typo.

Well, after two years it was about time to answer the question.
I had the same issue.
File is located in /components/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/customfield.php
In case of overrides it can also be in /templates/your_template/html/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/customfield.php
Line 634 of the file: $customfield->display = 'customfield related product has no value';
Just set to '' or anything you like.
