I'm on joomla 3.8.12 and VM 3.4.0
A couple of weeks ago I changed my company's information in the 'delivery terms', company info and in the footer for invoices
at first it worked fine; it made several invoices with the correct info.
Now doing my administration, I find out it changed back a week ago or so. It shows the old info, both on the invoices as in the terms and conditions...
The settings in VM display the new info...
So I did all my updates and cleared my cache, but nothing changed, it keeps making invoices with the old info...?

No they're not
After i Made the charges i got 2 orders, both container the correct info
A week later Suddenly the invoices get Made with the old info again...
All the settings remain 'new' though, they are just not used... it uses old info...
Don't know why
So what I think you are saying is that somehow:-
VM is using data that no longer exists in your store's configuration pages
But is using data that does not exist any longer in your store's configuration pages
For newly created invoices
Do you have invoice overrides:-
Have you considered that someone may have hard coded this detail in invoice overrides
If you have no overrides then I have no idea how it could be doing such a thing.
Well I am the only one that has worked on the site; so if there are overrides, I made them.
I must confess that I have done a lot on the site, googling as I was building it, that I do not remember :-[
So is it possible there are overrides, well yes it is possible, but where do I check this?
And if so than why did it work fine with the new info for about a week and then just change back.... :o
