Title: Inventory gets ignored when adding to cart [solved]

Hello,

I am not sure if this is a bug, but my VM 3.2.14 on Joomla 3.8.12 is allowing to add as many products to the card as wanted and have them purchased.
Inventory is e.g. 3, but VM ignores that.

Your out of stock settings?

Sorry, forgot that.

I went through all variations and nothing worked.
Current settings:


EDIT: I cleared all caches (Website, browser...) and set the stock handling to "Do not Display Product". Now, when I go over the stock limit I get the pop up window and only the available quantity get added.
So, I assume it had something to do with that.

yes ...  you have to have some stock management set to have any effect at the FE..
