first J3.8.11 + VM3.2.14
I have a problem with product sorting in category view. I do not know why, but I can not see the ordering field in the administration (like admin->category). but this is my smallest problem.
I import the products directly into the database. I use the "pordering" column to sort product priority (in column #__virtuemart_products). But if I set the products sorting by List Order in the VM settings, this simply does not work.
is this only my problem? Doing something wrong? Have you some advice how to achieve product ordering by "pordering" column.

Product ordering is per category so select a category and there u see the ordering
the 3rd marked item is a poorly icon'ed Save
pordering is used for product child listing not in category.
the ordering for products in category is in a specific table named #__virtuemart_product_categories

ou, thx. Sorting appears only on filtered products?

many thx. this is what i need :)
In last release of Vm Be Pro, i added a tree view, so you can set each ordering directly for each product in categories.
This can be done automatically or you can enter the order number per product.
I added it by customers request, because Virtuemart cannot handel all cases.
