Hi,
I'm having trobule on one of my sites... When customer submits an order, he gets conformation email, and there are links to product details page, that looks like
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_category_id=xx&virtuemart_product_id=xx&Itemid=xx.
This link is not working, it returns 500 error. I use Joomla url rewriting and seo is turned on in VM. The rewriten URL (the nice looking, SEO friendly) is working.
Example:
Original URL - not working: https://www.eurotrade.si/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_category_id=274&virtuemart_product_id=6953&Itemid=148
Rewriten, SEO friendly url - working: https://www.eurotrade.si/ponudba/prosti-cas/zlozljivi-leteci-kroznik-ET593241-izdelek
I have curently disabled product URL in mail_html_pricelist.php in my template. Does anyone know what could be wrong, why this URL is not working? Is there optipn, that I can get the rewriten URL (seo friendly) in order template?
you need to find WHAT is the 500 server error -- everything is logged somewhere!
