Hello,

This is more of a PHP question. I tried to upgrade VM 2 --> 3 on localhost (xampp), and the result was a blank website (everything, frontend and backend). And nothing in the apache error log, even though joomla error reporting is set to maximum.

How do I troubleshoot such situations?
