When I finalize the purchase the size of the field of the cell phone is small and a "?" Is placed, and this error does not allow to finish the purchase.
How do I change the size of the cell phone field?

First, start with VM, Joomla, PHP version, URL, used template etc

I think the error is on faultyLine123 in /guess/my/error/with/not/enough/information/infile/withfault.php

how could anyone help you with this amount of information?

Have u any idea of the 100's of templates available/possible?

It is obvious that at a minimum you have to provide a live site if u want anyone here to help you with a chk out/template issue.
Also provide an example/screenshot of exactly what you mean as well as a link to a product and a test login

With the still limited info you now gave, test with template Protostar if it then works, please talk to Your template provider. This is probably a template issue.
