Hi. I have VirtueMart 2.6.22
If I use custom field and type title 660 mm (26"), after save Vm delete ") and I see only 660 mm (26
I am using Czech Language.

This is to because " are used in the DB, i think it's solved in Vm 3.2, but im' not sure.
Try to replace double quotes by

Also you can use 2 single quotes (')
