I cannot change Payment and Shipment method. When I click on "Change payment/shipment method" I am redirected to carp page, no to changing page.

Please help me.

filled user etc

still no shipping shows

if u want help then provide a valid user etc

It started to work when I disabled "Search Engine Friendly URLs".
