Hi, I have some users in my shop who did not take the goods.

How I can block this users?
Some users bought without registration. How to block them too?

Registered users can be blocked, see user/registration Joomla / Virtuemart. Blocking "new" users is harder You need some kind of plugin with a blacklist. This has to be custom

VM and Joomla Versions ?

I have not seen such an extension, as I said before would need custom code.
