In the order list view the shopper name and email is not displayed. The column exists, but it does not show any data.

They are not displayed in the back-end order list view.
I have managed to show the email by marking as published in the account maintenance of the shopper's fields.
But the Display Name field, being published in the account maintenance option of the shopper's fields, is not displayed.
The administration template is Isis default.
Please show a printscreen of the settings for the userfields in backend.

The configuration may seem strange. But it really is not a store with forms of payment and shipping methods, it's about using Virtuemart to book books to users that can only be registered by administrators.
I don't understand what you mean .. screenshot of the view missing the data?
The capture is because Jörgen has asked for it. The explanation is to clarify why so many fields are unpublished.
The problem is that in the order view (back-end) the name of the shopper that makes the order is not displayed.
When You say name is missing do You mean first_name because it has some very strange choices. Just published ? and it isn´t required and that can make it empty when registering.

No, I do not mean the first_name, I mean the name shown. And that field if it is published.
Do you want to say that the name that is shown in the order view is the first name? If yes, is there any possibility that this name is the name shown?
