I want to receive an e-mail when the order status changes in VirtueMart 3.2.14 and PHP 7.1.16, but I don't receive any e-mail. I have configurated the options in Configuration/Emails for sending an e-mail when the order status is updated, as you can check in the attached image (sorry, it is in Spanish).

The shopper receives the e-mails, but the seller doesn't receive them.

What else should I change?

That could be a server issue. Maybe try changing the setting "Use the vendor email address" in Configuration/Email Settings
