Hi,
Recently I have some questions of customers about their order.
This happens when they order the last product from the store.
After that it is still visible but with message 'sold'
But the weird thing is these customers get a message after payment confirming order this products is 'sold'
So they ask if they will recieve their product...
I'm not shure if there's a setting that's causing this?
It started after update to VirtueMart 3.2.12
Joomla! 3.8.6
Hope someone can tell me what's causing this.
Thanks and regards,
Pas
Right now I know exactly what happens.
After customer confirmed his order from ideal payment they return to vm cart.
The cart is empty but then gives a system message the product (they just bought) is not available ?
This is confusing for customers, the think they paid for something that's not in stock.
how can this be fixed?
Regards,
pas
Found someone else with same problem....

Not sure if this could be a solution or is this already fixed in VirtueMart 3.2.12???
Thanks,
Pas
Latest version is VM3.2.14 Have you checked that? I don't use VM stock control.
Thanks,
Just did but can't see this exact issue in fix log.
Also it seems this happen since update to 3.2.12.

Does anyone know if this was an issue in VirtueMart 3.2.12
And is this fixed in latest version?
If not how could this be solved...
Thanks and Regards,

Problem still occurs about the sold out message after order.
Also noticed with some orders products stay in cart after payment?
Could anyone tell me what could cause this.
Are these issues fixed/improved in the VM3.2.14 update?
Thanks in advance,
Pas

no fix yet AFAIK, as i'm on 3.2.14
Thanks for your feedback. But looks like a different issue but maybe related.
I temperately fixed mine by changing the standard text of the language file.
Hope someone can tell me how to fix this in a nice way.
Thanks,
Pas
