Hi,

I have setup a webshop, running Joomla 3.8.1, Virtuemart 3.2.12 with purity III template.
When I use Internet Explorer, MS Edge or safari and I click on edit product, the Help bar covers the whole screen.
When I use Firefox or Chrome the help bar sits neatly on the right side of the screen waiting patiently for you to click on it.
Has anyone seen this before? is there a way to remove that help bar completely?

And if you use the Protostar template?

It seems the issue is template related, switching to Protostar or Beez (although I loose all my menu's etc) it works fine...

Then you should debug the template, ask the template developer or use a better template, such as those from https://www.olympianthemes.com or https://www.virtueplanet.com which are specifically built for use with VirtueMart.
