I need to show products to Registered or Special users ONLY!
How to do this?

You can set each product to be visible only to a particular Shopper Group.  Or you can test if the user is logged in (ie registered) and if so, display the product(s).

You can filter using Joomla Menus Joomla user rights , but this is for the full shop
