How do you set different shipping prices for different customer orders countries?

If using the default weight_countries plugin then you can specify the country or countries each price applies to on the configuration tab.

Yes, I'm using the default plugin.
How to set the shipping price exactly depending on the country?
I can not find where to set Shipping methods?

You have to create a new shipping method copy for each combination of price and country.
