how to display product category name in vm custom fileds. if possible in vm custom fileds or not please help me.

You can use this customfield plugin : https://shop.st42.fr/en/products/shortcodes.htm
Product core option can show all product information(category name included)
Here a sample page displaying most core fields including category http://pro.st42.fr/en/shortcodes/tout-les-shortcodes.html and other fields
