We use VirtueMart 2.6.22 and Joomla 2.5.28
Attached pls find a printscreen of the delivery note. Is it possible to change following?
1: At the delivery date now it shows: same as invoice date. We would like to change that into the date the article is shipped.
2: At the bottom you see that the tekst is not properly lined. Is it possible to solve this?

I suspect you have no response because those are old versions which experienced VM people won't be using, especially since no Joomla version before 3.8.4 is secure. Most will be using recent VM3.2 versions. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

Thanks for your reply. I am administrator of a Joomla Help forum so i know it is always better to run the latest versions. At our forum we advise to upgrade same as you, but still we provide help for older versions.
However a lot website owners still use VM 2 and J2.5 without problems. They cannot affort to upgrade. This little company is trader in books, second hand gardening books. Just a hobby....
Because new versions are available the support stops? I am sad to hear that.
Is there a way to get support?

This is a peer to peer support forum, as you will understand it requires someone with a current knowledge of your versions to be able to answer accurately. That person may only visit here every few months - or like most, not at all.
I have not used VM2 for about 3 years, but I would hazard a guess that you need to edit components/com_virtuemart/helpers/vmpdf.php to check if a delivery note and if so use the current date instead of the text string, and possibly override components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl/invoice.php
For the products list you should look at editing & overriding components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl/invoice_items.php
Of course whatever edits you make, the fact remains that this site is insecure and could be hacked.
