I'm using VirtueMart 3.2.12 and Joomla 3.8.3
I want to be able to send an attached message to my customer when the order status changes - eg to advise the shipping information when the status is changed from confirmed to shipped.
When I attempt to do this, I can change the status, then enter text in the attached field, then click send customer updates. The customer seems to receive the shipped confirmation but does not receive the attached message with the shipping info.
I've checked other threads but I've not seen a concrete answer to this. I've checked my admin panel and ensured the emails section is correct (using text or HTML does not seem to change anything). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
