Hello i have some question about "Displays 'Notify Me' instead of 'Add To Cart' button" will work..
1) Where can i check all users subscription for the notification?
2) User notification it's a manual operation or works automatically when product is in stock again?

There is no list. You have to check out every product manually. I have made an override that sends an e-mail to the shop admin. Not perfect but gives a chance to manage this.
