Hi,
I'm trying to set up a custom field for customers where they can enter some text. This field should only be available for a certain shopper group (our employees). So when they login they should be able to see the special field(s). I tried to solve that with the Custom Field Plugin "Customer Text Input", see here: https://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Product_custom_fields_Plugin_Customer_Text_Input (https://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Product_custom_fields_Plugin_Customer_Text_Input) But I cannot make a field dependancy to a shopper group.
The background: When the employees enter their staff number they get disount on the product or even for free. Maybe there's another or better solution to solve that? I'm sorry if this is maybe a stupid question but still learning the first steps with virtuemart.
The configuration: Virtuemart 3.2.4, PHP-Version: 5.6.31, Joomla 3.8.1

I'm solving it meanwhile with an additional field in the checkout section. I guess that's the proper way to do it.
