One more question:
Can I design a template for the report and include customfield values?
Please refer to the documentation - https://www.virtueplanet.com/documentation/joomla-extensions/virtuemart-reporter-user-guide#template-fields
Hey Jumbo
I was wondering if we could Skype. I have a few other questions regarding the VM Reporter that is not listed in the specifications.
Please email us the questions - https://www.virtueplanet.com/contact-us We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hello,
I already have VirtueMart Reporter. I use it and it is very useful. I have two questions.
Fist one is about longer time period reports. So, for example I want to see weekly sales for last year. I tried to make this report, but I can make one just for last year sales buy I see daily number, but I want to see just cumulative numbers for whole weeks. The same is in months and years. If I want to compare two months I must set time period for first, write down the number and set period for second and write number again.
The second question is how to set language set in report system specially in export to CSV. If I export data everything is perfect just names have specific letters and they are showed differently (I'm from Czech Republic). When I download data directly from database I use language set "windows 1250 ". If I can set this language set somewhere, please let me know.
Thanks for help

I am sorry but we can not confirm the release date at this point of time.
Hi Jumbo
My question is:
Can I include custom fields in the reports?
I have read the documentation, but this feature is not especified :-(
I wait your reply
Thank you very much :-)
The reports are generated from order database tables. Therefore if your custom fields are set as Cart Attributes/Cart Input and saved in VirtueMart's order items table then you can see them in the reports.
ok Jumbo. Thank's for yur reply
I'll buy your extension, because it's that I need for my current project
Anyway, If I have some problem, I supose that you support me to solve it no?
Best regards :-)
For any product support please post in our support forum - https://www.virtueplanet.com/forum/vp-advanced-user
Hi Jumbo
Good extension, but remember that it have a very big problem
When you export CSV, the custom fields do not export in sepparate columns...
Regards
I believe we have already discussed this in detailed in our support forum. Custom fields values are exported to a separate single column for each order items like the way it gets saved in VirtueMart order items table.
You want each individual custom fields are exported to separate columns which is not possible. I have also explained you the technical reasons in our forum.
Please note that this is not our support forum. If you have any further queries then you can post them in our support forum - https://www.virtueplanet.com/forum/
