The confirmation mails aren't sent to the owner or costumer. The VM version is 3.2.4. I also get the following error message : " vmError: The workflow for X or is unknown, take a look on model/orders function handleStockAfterStatusChanged " How can i fix these, i find people with the same problem on the net but no solution. Thnx

What is the returned order status? Does it exist in your order status list? Is TCPDF installed? Do you have sufficient php memory?

What is the returned order status? accepted by customer
Does it exist in your order status list? yes
Is TCPDF installed? ? it's a joomla site with vm www.dkdecor.be
Do you have sufficient php memory? I think so, everything was fine aslong the site was on test modus.

Pending? pending never sends emails by design .. try another status?

I don't understand. the status is accepted by costumer not pending.
