I'm new user with VM, I need to know if this extension available with (Arabic) language.
My customers need to see the products in (Arabic language).
Anybody can help me please ??

Most VirtueMart core files have been translated into Arabic. See here: http://virtuemart.net/community/translations.
I don't know if there are payment solutions available for your country. PayPal might be available, but the PayPal language file for VirtueMart is not yet completely translated into Arabic. However, you can contribute to it's translation at https://www.transifex.com/virtuemart/virtuemartplugins/
