I would like to change the order of payment methods list in the cart. I save it on the list in the admin panel (in the order in which I want) but in the cart order list doesn't change.

List order only affects payment methods of the same payment plugin. If you use multiple plugins, you need to change plugin order in Plugin Manager.
When I change the order of the plugins in plugin manager a have white screen on the front. Many errors with payment methods :/
