We are using latest version of Joomla (3.7.3) and Virtuemart (3.2.2)
we are using eselect plugin for moneris payment gateway (Canada).
when a credit card is declined - we are getting the correct response - but the orders is completed and the user is not prompted to fix the declined card issue and try again - without reading the error message they would think their order is complete - then the order is pending.
the gateway plugin vendor said that it is the shopping cart software -- I don't see anything in forums about controlling the redirect after declined.
is this a configuration issue or a gateway issue.?
Please help
