Hi!
In my online store I have 3 payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (VM - Payment Standard)
- References Multibanco (Hipay)
- Paypal (VM - Payment Paypal)
When someone places an order, I and the customer will only receive the confirmation email, if the method "Payment - Payment Standard" is selected. If we choose any of the others the email is not sent.
Does anyone have any idea what it might be?
Check the order status being returned by the other plugins, and check the Default Order Status to send email to .... in VM Configuration/Emails
