After updating Virtuemart to 3.2.0 and virtuemart.3.2.0_ext_aio the Virtuemart products module seems not to be compatible, it says: shows Featured, best selling, random, last or recently visited (VirtueMart 2 + compatible)-See the picture attached.
So the home page is a disaster now... I am working on a copy site, you can check it by clicking here: https://www.cyclingsportswear.es/cloncycling/

Check the Joomla VM menu settings, as there are a lot of configuration changes. You may need to check your overrides, too as they may need updating, eg see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=136826.msg478498#msg478498
VM3.2.1 is available which fixes some of the buglets in VM3.2.0 http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files
Again, test on your backup.

By the way, Is it really necessary to update the "AIO" virtuemart.3.2.1_ext_aio.zip or can avoid it? Updating just the com_virtuemart.3.2.1.zip the website works fine...

You should always update the aio component at the same time as the main component, and from the same package.
