Title: VM not sending ANY emails to both shopper and vendor

Hi there,

I'm running a VM 3.0.19.9 version on a Joomla 3.6.5. I read all relevant posts, check entries on phomyadmin as well as vm administrator's control panel but the problem persists.
Not me as a test buyer nor my client receive any email from placed orders.

Any idea how to resolve?

VM 3.2.1

when are u expecting the emails? pending? confirmed?

Hi, I experienced the same thing after upgrading to VM 3.2.x and the previously the system worked so it was configured correctly.
It turned out it was a problem about the creation of the pdf invoice due to the  TCPDF ERROR.
See the other post that starts with "VM 3.0.6 TCPDF ERROR" in this forum and try to check if that applies to you as well.
