I tested VM DEMO site and I get confirmation on my email. And I got question about it.
With one field in VM configuration is responsible "Sample Company" text in confirmation order?

make an over ride the vm template file components\com_virtuemart\views\invoice\tmpl\mail_html_footer.php

I fixed one line to echo $this->vendor->vendor_phone .' '.$this->vendor->vendor_store_name .'<br /> '.$this->vendor->vendor_store_desc.'<br />'; and now is ok for me.
