Running joomla 3.62 version, VM 3.0.18
I need a custom form built, the form will ask some questions which must be answered and submitted before add to cart can be executed.
The info on the form should be stored or emailed to us, and we can verify the questions before despatching the order.
I would then install form when required and the questions may be changed depending on the product.
I did look at breezing forms, but I've been informed they don't support VM anymore.

if u click on the Request Info it sends you to a Breezing form with the details etc prefilled
this could also be in a popup or on the product detail and the add to cart disabled till the form was sent
